Job Description
We are seeking to hire a skilled IT Risk Analyst to help us with the followup and analysis of GDPR and other compliance topics
Responsibilities
- Ensure the establishment and proper implementation of Compliance process
- You will be involved in gathering GDPR relevant information about applications /infrastructures/processes processing of the information and compiling the information into a risk analysis
- Perform Privacy by Design analysis for all services/processes that imply personal data processing to evaluate all elements of the processing and the necessity of performing or not of a Privacy Impact Analysis
- Perform Privacy Impact Analysis Transfer Impact Assessment whenever necessary to evaluate the risks related to all services/ processes that imply personal data with the aim of minimizing them by implementing adequate security measures
- Register and keep up to date the Data Processing Record by using a specific tool (One Trust)
- You will be responsible for declaring the Conflict of Interests incidents identified together with their managers and perform actions related to BIA (Business Impact Analysis and Business Continuity Management) and PRU (User Fallback Plan)
- Produce operational regulatory reporting and monthly dashboards related to your activity
- You will also be requested to provide specific analysis/support on an adhoc basis to help Operational Risk Managers (ORM) with data crunching and analysis

Qualifications :
- Functional knowledge about IT infrastructure or risks/legal/audit/compliance in a banking environment
- Understanding of GDPR EU data privacy legislation and contract management
- Preferably graduate from IT University degrees
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Good communication skills written and oral in English (B2) and French (nice to have)
- Ability to manage your workload by task prioritization
- Knowing how to be synthetic and highlight important messages about your own activity in various presentations
- Problem solving mindset and solutionenabler capacities
- Client oriented understand client issues and propose optimal solution assertively
