Job Description
As a Lead UX Designer you will contribute to IFS Cloud helping shape the user experience for our latest products including the framework and a suite of business applications.
As a Lead UX Designer you will:
- Work closely with Product Managers and development teams to gather and evaluate requirements.
- Understand user journeys and technical constraints to inform design decisions.
- Create user flows wireframes and other design artifacts to guide product development.
- Design enterprise software solutions based on the IFS Design System and guidelines.
- Validate designs through usability testing heuristic evaluations or other appropriate methods.
- Contribute to improving and formalizing UX design processes within IFS.
- Advocate for usercentered design and promote design thinking within the company.
- Support UX designers product teams and stakeholders through knowledge sharing workshops and presentations.
Your work will help create enterprisegrade software that is easy to use enjoyable and meets the needs of our customers.
Qualifications :
You are a practical and creative UX Designer who enjoys tackling complex design challenges and turning them into clear scalable solutions. You are comfortable working in crossfunctional teams and have experience collaborating with designers developers and product managers. Well prioritize candidates with experience in enterprise software solutions.
You have a foundation in UX methodologies (such as lean UX agile UX and design sprints) and a good understanding of design principles including information hierarchy layout typography and color theory. You are comfortable using collaborative design tools like Figma and are familiar with other wireframing or prototyping tools. It is beneficial if youve been working with WCAG and the EU AI Act before.
Were looking for someone who enjoys collaborating with others sharing ideas and helping improve the design culture at IFS. You dont have to be an expert in everything but you should be curious open to learning and proactive in driving design improvements.
