Location: Bolton (Outskirts)
Job Type: FullTime Permanent
Salary: From 23500 (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: Monday Friday 9 AM to 5 PM (Flexible Working Patterns Available)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Claims Specialist to join a growing team. As part of this role you will manage a caseload of ThirdParty Vehicle Damage and Property Damage claims working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver outstanding service. You will also handle complex liability and highvalue cases ensuring claims are processed efficiently and fairly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of ThirdParty Vehicle Damage and Property Damage claims.
Conduct thorough liability investigations and liaise with relevant departments.
Handle complex claims including liability disputes and highvalue cases.
Work with solicitors insurers and accident management companies.
Identify and refer potentially fraudulent activity.
Ensure a consistently high level of customer service throughout the claims process.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 2 years experience in motor claims handling (for higher salary consideration).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple claims effectively.
Active listening and relationshipbuilding skills.
CII Certificate (or willingness to work towards it supported by the company).
GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
