Our client A leading building materials manufacturer based in Mojokerto is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join their team as:
Position: Plant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire production process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Control production activities to meet quality and cost standards.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Provide strong leadership and maintain a high level of discipline in plant operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing fullscale production activities.
- Strong understanding of production management including cost control.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and enforce operational discipline.

3. Mengelola kegiatan maintenance
Kualifikasi
1. Berpengalaman mengelola seluruh kegiatan produksi minimal 3 tahun
2. Menguasai manajemen produksi termasuk pengendalian biaya
