Requirements
- Experience selling B2B SaaS solutions in the fintech or crypto space.
- Knowledge of emerging markets particularly in Africa.
- Background in enterprise or institutional sales with a strong network in banking payments or digital assets.
- Passion for financial inclusion and the role of cryptocurrency in transforming global finance.
- 10 years of experience in sales leadership with a strong background in SaaS fintech and cryptocurrency.
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth in highgrowth techdriven companies.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM including pipeline management forecasting and automation.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology cryptocurrency markets and financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition across global markets.
- Build lead and mentor a highperforming sales team focused on enterprise institutional and B2B sales.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize sales effectiveness.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track pipeline development forecast revenue and ensure datadriven decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with marketing product and customer success teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand our clients footprint in fintech and crypto markets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends competitor activities and regulatory changes to maintain our clients market leadership.
- Spearhead enterprise sales negotiations ensuring strong relationships with key stakeholders in banks financial institutions and largescale clients.
