Location:Madrid Spain (hybrid)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Hunt for new business: Identify engage and secure new clients in the freight forward and international trade logistics and technology sectors.
  • Drive global expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our international footprint.
  • Manage high workload effectively: Work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment handling multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Travel extensively: Meet with potential clients worldwide to build relationships and close deals.
  • Lead negotiations: Manage complex sales cycles from initial contact to contract closing.
  • Understand client needs: Provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.


Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in business international trade freight forward supply chain technology or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a commercial sales or business development role within the technology logistics or consultancy industries.
  • Proven track record in hunting for new business and closing large B2B deals.
  • Experience working with Salesforce as a CRM tool and TMS/WMS software.
  • Ability to work under pressure managing multiple projects in a fastmoving environment.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with experience in international sales.
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish and additional languages are a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events and tender processes worldwide.

Estimated salary: 50K Euros Very attractive Commission Scheme for new sales and for current contracts.
