In this context we are looking for a Demand and Supply Planning Manager whose tasks will be as follows:


Your tasks and responsibilities:

Accurately forecast inventory levels to meet sales demand whilst minimizing inventory holding costs within the SCM cluster Western Europe. Ensure the supply of inventory to meet sales demand across Belgium Netherlands France and Luxembourg. Supervise and manage the Demand and Supply Planning team (x2 Demand Planners across the cluster). You will report into the Head of Planning Forecasting & Stock.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and enhance the S&OP process in the Central Western Europe cluster ensuring stakeholder alignment across Sales Marketing and Supply Chain.
  • Improve KPI visibility and accuracy including forecasting and inventory management while balancing stock levels with demand.
  • Develop a realistic 18month rolling forecast and manage supply constraints ensuring smooth inventory transfers where needed.
  • Foster crossfunctional collaboration to streamline operations including Portfolio Management and complexity reduction.
  • Oversee people management and staff utilization while supporting broader supply chain tasks across the North West Europe Region.

Your profile:

  • Academic qualification (e.g. supply chain economics logistics) or corresponding work experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience in demand and supply planning;
  • Good supply chain understanding including S&OP and demand planning. SAP experience is preferred;
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder managementskills;
  • Process and e2e thinking;
  • Fluency in English and good communication skills adaptable for all organizational levels. You will be working from our headquarter in the Netherlands (Vianen) in a hybrid working model. Travel within cluster countries may be required as part of this role.
