Currently in a phase of rapid expansion the company is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales (m/f/d) to drive its growth strategy across Northern Europe and beyond.
Ihre Aufgaben
As Vice President of Sales (m/f/d) Northern Europe you will be pivotal in shaping the companys global sales strategy. You will be responsible for building and leading a highperforming sales organisation from the ground up establishing robust sales processes and driving market expansion. This role demands a strategic leader who leads by example fosters collaboration and is deeply engaged in every aspect of the sales cycle.
- Develop and implement a global sales strategy to drive business growth.
- Build and manage a highperforming sales team fostering a culture of excellence.
- Establish efficient sales processes to support scalability and longterm growth.
- Identify and develop key market opportunities worldwide ensuring a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.

- Strong global market awareness and the ability to expand reach internationally.
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
