Tasks
- Coordinate logistics for artrelated projects including exhibitions and container shipments.
- Organize and delegate tasks to internal and external teams.
- Serve as the main contact for clients guiding them through the transport process.
- Monitor and control project expenses to ensure profitability.
Who will you work with
- Internal teams: collaborate closely with our art handlers logistics experts and administrative staff.
- External partners: work with customs agents transporters and fine art specialists.
- Clients: communicate with galleries museums collectors and art professionals to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Proficiency in French English (Dutch is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in logistics project coordination or a related field.
