English:
Support the Sous Chef/Executive Chef in upholding culinary quality and ensuring adherence to restaurant policies and operational standards.
Supervise the preparation cooking and presentation of meals ensuring consistent quality and adherence to standard recipes.
Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Assist in staff training scheduling performance reviews and mentorship to enhance team efficiency.
Propose innovative dishes and improvements to the restaurant s menu to elevate customer dining experiences.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the restaurant and hotel industry.
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or a related field.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Excellent planning and problemsolving capabilities.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Customerfocused mindset with a resultsdriven approach.
