Job Description
Here s what you ll do:
Manual Testing & Quality Assurance: Execute manual testing and document findings. Collaborate with the development team to help reproduce track and fix bugs.
UI Testing: Ensure the user interface is tested rigorously to meet both functional and aesthetic standards.
Testing in Figma: Work with design teams using Figma to understand wireframes and mockups ensuring the implementation is flawless across all touchpoints.
Functional & API Testing: Perform comprehensive functional testing and API testing to ensure high performance and functionality.
Basic Automation Testing: Get involved with automation testing frameworks and gradually develop skills to automate common tasks and improve the testing workflow.
CrossTeam Collaboration: Collaborate with development design and product teams to ensure the product is fully aligned with both client goals and user needs.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 23 years in software testing or development with a focus on manual testing UI testing functional testing and basic automation.
Testing Skills: Strong handson experience with manual and UI testing knowledge of API testing tools like Postman and familiarity with functional testing.
Understanding of Figma: Knowledge of Figma and how design elements are translated into functional web or mobile features.
Automation Testing: Basic understanding of automation testing tools like Selenium or similar with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues in both design and functionality early in the development process.
Collaboration: Ability to work in a collaborative crossfunctional team environment. Strong communication skills are a must.
ProblemSolving: A natural problemsolver with the ability to think creatively and analytically to identify and resolve testing issues.

Have a Bachelor s Degree or equivalent. Have designed user interfaces for mobile and web platforms in the past. Ability to translate a given user-experience journey into a visually great and intuitive UI. Critical thinking and analytical skills. Experience using Sketch / Photoshop / Adobe Xd. Experience creating mockups and prototypes using Marvel / Invision is preferable though not mandatory. Someone who is keen and eager to learn by practice put forth ideas and loves the design as much as we do.
