Job Description
Job Title: Banner Fabrication Specialist
Location: Buda Texas
Department: Design and Production
Reports To: Lead Designer / Production Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Sign Fabrication Specialist to join our production team. This role involves designing fabricating and assembling custom signs banners and displays for various clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship experience working with different materials and tools and the ability to ensure highquality signage production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate custom signs using various materials such as vinyl and metal.
- Operate and maintain production equipment such as largeformat printers vinyl cutters CNC routers and laser engravers.
- Assemble and install signs according to client specifications and company standards.
- Prepare and apply vinyl graphics to a variety of surfaces including windows vehicles and signboards.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all signage meets design and durability standards.
- Follow production schedules and meet deadlines for client orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly.
- Collaborate with designers installers and production team members to ensure project accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications in manufacturing or related fields are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with machinery.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and liftup to 25 lbs.
- Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical training or certifications in fabrication graphic design or manufacturing are a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in sign making fabrication or a related field is preferred but not required training will be provided.
- Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret design files measurements and work orders.
- Basic knowledge of signmaking equipment and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fastpaced production environment.
- Excellent problemsolving and teamwork skills.

- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform handson work.
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working with adhesives paints and various fabrication tools.
