This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally during the 10 PM to 6 AM CST shift
Gather essential information from customers and input data into the dispatch system
Use Toebook app to efficiently dispatch tow truck drivers to customer locations
Provide customers with accurate ETAs and updates on their service request
Process payments and create invoices using Quickbooks
Perform data entry and administrative tasks during quieter periods
Negotiate pricing with customers when necessary adhering to company guidelines
Maintain a high level of customer service even in highpressure situations
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong customer service orientation with a calm professional demeanor
Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications
Experience with or willingness to learn RingCentral Toebook and Quickbooks
Ability to work independently during night shift hours
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
Basic math skills for pricing and invoicing
Spanish language skills a plus but not required
Scope
Handle approximately 1015 calls per night shift
Manage endtoend customer interactions from initial call to service completion
Operate within defined pricing structures with some flexibility for negotiation
Contribute to the company s 24 7 service availability
Adapt to varying call volumes and types of assistance needed
Collaborate remotely with onroad towing staff to ensure efficient service delivery
Monday to Friday from 10 PM to 7 AM Central time with 1 hour unapid break
Full Time
