Position: Team Lead Protection Case Manager
Salary: Up to £35000 Commission
Location: Fully Remote (UK Applicants Only)
Our client an industry leader in financial services is growing rapidly and seeking an experienced Team Lead Protection Case Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to combine handson case management with leadership responsibilities in a fully remote setting.
Your role will be evenly split between:
- Case Management (50%) Fully packaging client cases ensuring a seamless and efficient process from submission to funding.
- Leadership & Oversight (50%) Managing a team of Protection Case Managers overseeing case reviews retention tagging and key customer service metrics (Friends & Family scheme Trustpilot reviews).
Requirements
Previous experience in protection or insurance brokerage specifically in case management (packaging/processing).
Strong ability to work within strict customer deadlines.
Relevant qualifications (advantageous but not essential).
Excellent communication organisational and presentation skills.
Prior team leadership experience preferred.

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal - Ability to work in a faced paced environment - 2+ years advising on protection in a brokerage environment - Experience of supporting customers from initial enquiry to completion - RO5 qualification is preferable but not essential - Experience handling B2C enquiries and searching multiple lenders that meet my clients customers criteria is advantageous
