Job Description

Will your SAP supply chain and analysing skills help our onshore wind farms to operate smoothly

Wind Energy both onshore and offshore is one of our key enablers for creating fossil freedom. Within the Onshore wind team you will join the Operations Support team. You and your team aim to optimize the operation and management of all Vattenfalls onshore wind farms across countries. 

This allround position combines Supply chain support (ensure the right materials are in stock in an efficient and costeffective way) with Master data control (ensure Maintenance data is created changed or analysed).  

You will join a team created to further optimize the onshore wind farm operations on Supply Chain and Data Management. Your activities will be to: 

  • Work together with our colleagues onsite at the Wind Farm to improve the quality of data in SAP; 
  • Perform data analyses to support decision making on e.g. wind turbine maintenance or material consumption; 
  • Maintenance Plans and Master data creation changes and migration in SAP;
  • Manage the PurchasetoPay process; 
  • Support SourcetoContract to find alternative suppliers and provide feedback on supplier performance;  
  • Monitor and optimize the stock parameters at the sites;  
  • Enable and coordinate sharing of materials across sites when needed. Where needed coordinate support on Export control & Customs; 
  • Work closely with the O&M colleagues at the sites building close relationships. Providing trainings on SAP usage to site personnel where needed. 

Location  

Our preferred locations are Amsterdam and Kolding. You can choose to be based in one of our following offices: Hamburg Amsterdam Kolding London Cardiff Stockholm. Some travelling (6 time per year) between these locations will be required. We offer hybrid working. We only consider candidates already living and working close to one of the above locations. 

 


Qualifications :

Do you enjoy analysing Data working with SAP and optimizing the supply chain  

We are looking for enthusiastic and open individuals with a positive mindset who can work in a team and build strong relationships. As the team is recently created this is the ideal place for someone comfortable working in an environment that is under construction and who enjoys identifying opportunities for improvement. 

Furthermore you bring:  

  • A bachelor degree or relevant working experience e.g. in Supply Chain Business Administration a.o. 
  • At least some years of experience in a similar position. E.g. SAP master data Supply Chain Coordinator or Site Warehouse coordinator; 
  • Experience in working with SAP PM and/or SAP MM processes; 
  • Experience with large volumes of data in MS Excel. 
  • Good command of the English language (both verbally and written). Skills in Danish Swedish or Dutch is an advantage; 
  • Strong communication skills and building relationships while working effectively across different cultures and geographical locations; 
  • Experience working within the (Onshore) Wind energy sector is beneficial; 
  • You are at your best working structured independent and result oriented.
