Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Construction Manager to oversee the overall construction of a $3 billion project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital project manufacturing or extensive experience in largescale projects. This role requires exceptional leadership coordination and interface management skills to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Responsible for the overall construction of a $3 billion project. Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SOPC) for all constructionrelated issues.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the consultants site team including Construction Project Managers Schedule Managers Risk Managers and Cost Managers. Oversee multiple General Contractors (GC) and Construction Managers (CM) working concurrently.
• Interface Management: Ensure strong interface management between all stakeholders including clients consultants contractors and internal teams.
• Project Delivery: Ensure the project is delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards. Manage project risks and issues effectively implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations standards and safety protocols. Promote a culture of safety and quality throughout the project.

Qualifications :

• Education  Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:  20 years of proven experience preferably in capital project manufacturing or largescale construction projects.
• Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP CCM or equivalent are preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in capital project manufacturing. Familiarity with largescale construction projects. Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Ability to be onsite (London area) 4 days a week.
