Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Smart Factory Automation & Digitalization Develop implement and maintain smart factory system for factory automation & digitalization
Machine Integration and Improvement Drive machine performance improvement through IoT system integration and continuous system enhancement.
Production & New Product Support Support manufacturing plans assist in new product development and perform machine setup and relocation.
Cost & Investment Management Implement cost reduction projects propose and execute capacity expansion investments and assist in budget planning.
Training & Communication Mentor and train peers and technicians maintain professional communication across all departments and develop new skills in AI Power Automation and emerging technologies.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Degree in Electronic/ Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.
Skills:
Familiarity to factory automation and IoT & control system
Programming knowledge such as Python C/C Java MySQL Power Automate
Strong analytic & problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience with machine stability improvement techniques.
