Quality Manager Six Sigma Black Belt
We are seeking a Quality Manager with a Six Sigma Black Belt certification to oversee our BPO operations quality teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and a proven track record of implementing successful quality improvement projects and managing quality teams. The individual should be highly motivated resultsoriented and possess excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems
- Conduct quality audits
- Drive Six Sigma initiatives
- Analyze data and generate reports
- Stay abreast of industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or related role within a BPO environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Experience with quality management software (e.g. Minitab JIRA) is a plus
