Job Description:
15 years of experience
Technical Scrum Coaches with following skills
- CI/CD skills
- Ability to guide engineers on industry technical best practices
- coding practices
- design practices
- implementation process and controls
- Agile Modern Delivery
- ability to coach set boundaries and expectation of all roles (Product Owner Dev Leads Analysts)
- ability to create a positive improvement focused environment
- Atlassian suite skills (Jira bitbucket confluence)
- ability to pull metrics to help visualize team behaviors and provide guidance on improvements
- Strong communication and presentation skills (power point Visio excel)
