Job Description
Main scope:
Provide quality support to the projects according to standard process defined in organization
Responsibilities / Main Mission:
-
Develop & maintain the project specific quality assurance plan according to the requirements of Automotive SPICE as well as customers and internal standards
-
Preparation implement and execution of project specific quality checks (i.e. work product quality reviews internal process compliance checks gate reviews ASPICE assessment preparation ) according to agreed customers or internal requirements
-
Identify deviations or nonconformances found in process and product quality assurance and track them until closure
-
Create quality status reports on a regular basis and escalate if needed
-
Support internal & external ASPICE assessments
-
Analyze process performance on the projects and identify potential process improvements.

Communicate and report activities and status to management project team and customer on demand
-
Perform quality QSCAN audits aligned with organization strategy

Coach and support the project teams in the process deployment on the project
Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree in Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering
-
3 to 5 years of relevant quality function experience in Automotive Domain
-
Certified Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor is preferred
-
Experience in automotive system or software engineering development is preferred
-
Understanding of project management techniques and strong negotiation skills are preferred

Team player with proven track record of working with cross functional teams

Good Communication and presentation skills

Solutionoriented and analytical thinking

Ability to work autonomously & in a matrix organization
