Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant ABAP to work alongside our Technical Lead/ABAP Consultant . This role will focus on implementing and supporting EDI integrations for 3PL/4PL/CMO partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop ABAP programs for EDI integrations in SAP S/4HANA EWM and TM
- Implement EDI interfaces for inbound () and outbound () messages
- Assist in the configuration of global systems for EDI integrations
- Participate in system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Contribute to Sprint planning and execution in an Agile environment
- Support golive activities and provide Hypercare assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve EDIrelated issues during partner onboarding
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in ABAP programming particularly for EDI integrations
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM and TM modules
- Knowledge of IDOC structures and EDI message formats
- Familiarity with Dell Boomi and AS2 communication methods
- Experience with Core Data Services (CDS) Views development
- Understanding of OData services implementation
- Exposure to RESTful ABAP Programming (RAP) model
Additional Requirements:
- 48 years of handson SAP ABAP development experience
- At least one fullcycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization of ABAP code
- Proficiency in developing and executing unit tests
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori development is a plus
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or logistics industry is beneficial
