Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend software development and support focusing on L3 production fixes.
- Handle analysis design implementation testing and issue resolution.
- Ensure quality assurance aligned with the Banks software delivery methodology.
- Act as the technical focal point for incident problem and knowledge management.
- Provide comprehensive support to internal customers and resolve issues efficiently.
- Oversee thirdparty vendors and integration partners for timely code fixes.
- Optimize and maintain software functionality while recommending improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis review code and perform unit testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize problem remediation.
- Contribute to process improvements in tools methods and governance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience in Banking/IT.
- Proficient in IBM AS400 RPG CL programming and ALDON.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC or Agile methodologies.
- Experience in service management/production support.
- Familiarity with Silverlake banking software suite.
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (certifications are a plus).
