Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage endtoend software development and support focusing on L3 production fixes.
  • Handle analysis design implementation testing and issue resolution.
  • Ensure quality assurance aligned with the Banks software delivery methodology.
  • Act as the technical focal point for incident problem and knowledge management.
  • Provide comprehensive support to internal customers and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Oversee thirdparty vendors and integration partners for timely code fixes.
  • Optimize and maintain software functionality while recommending improvements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis review code and perform unit testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize problem remediation.
  • Contribute to process improvements in tools methods and governance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years experience in Banking/IT.
  • Proficient in IBM AS400 RPG CL programming and ALDON.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC or Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in service management/production support.
  • Familiarity with Silverlake banking software suite.
  • Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (certifications are a plus).
