Your Role as an SEN Teacher:
Provide OnetoOne Support Work closely with students with special educational needs to help them reach their full potential.
Develop IEPs Create personalized learning plans that support students academic and emotional development.
Monitor Progress Regularly assess student progress and adjust support strategies accordingly.
Foster an Inclusive Environment Promote a positive inclusive learning culture that encourages all students to thrive.
Who Were Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience working with students with special educational needs.
Compassionate & Patient A teacher who is understanding and flexible in meeting the diverse needs of students.
Organized & DetailOriented Skilled in creating tailored learning plans and monitoring progress.
Collaborative Team Player Ability to work effectively with colleagues parents and external agencies.
Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to apply).
