HR Advisor

Location: Hybrid working with occasionaldays in the office

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40 hours per week MondayFriday

Are you a passionate HR professional looking to make an impact in a fastpaced and dynamic environment Ground Control the UKs leading external maintenance and environmental services provider is seeking an HR Advisor to join our growing HR team.

As an HR Advisor you will be a key HR partner providing expert guidance to managers and employees across the business. Youll support a range of HR activities from employee relations and compliance to recruitment training and business change initiatives.

What youll do:

  • Acting as a trusted HR advisor to stakeholders across the business
  • Providing guidance on employee relations matters including performance management grievances and disciplinaries
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law policies and best practices.
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities to attract and retain top talent.
    Facilitating training and development initiatives.
  • Managing HR data reporting on key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Supporting business change initiatives including TUPE and restructuring.
    Promoting an inclusive and positive workplace culture.

    What were looking for:

    • Proven experience in an HR advisory role within a fastpaced environment dealing with complex and varied case work.
    • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication coaching and relationshipbuilding skills.
    • Proficiency in HR systems and data management.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
    • High attention to detail with strong problemsolving skills.
    • Experience mentoring junior HR professionals (desirable).

    CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) is a plus but not essential
