Leadership Opportunity Take a lead role in developing and improving SEND provision across the school.

Oversee SEND Policy and Implementation Ensure the highest quality support for students with additional needs.
Develop EHCPs and Interventions Work closely with teachers and support staff to create effective learning strategies.
Provide Staff Training Support and upskill teachers to effectively include SEND students in lessons.
Liaise with External Agencies Collaborate with specialists and local authorities to access the best support for students.
Track and Improve Student Outcomes Use data to monitor progress and refine interventions.
Qualified SENCO or willingness to train towards the qualification.
Experience in SEND coordination or leadership within a secondary school.
Passionate About Supporting All Learners A strong belief in inclusive education.
Excellent Organizational and Leadership Skills.
Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to apply).
