Job Description
Need Local Profiles
Requirements:
- 2 3 years of experience in security services security analysis deployment and support
- Knowledge of IT security tools components trends and best practices
- Experience with IAM/PAM technologies and tools
- Strong analytical skills including process analysis problemsolving and root cause analysis
Nice to Have
- Experience with security tools such as SailPoint CyberArk PingFederate PingOne or SPHEREboard
- Proficiency in coding languages related to security automation and IAM/PAM solutions
Typical Duties
- Collaborate with IT Service Delivery IT Operations IT Support Services business unit professionals project managers and Service Providers to support operations processes including procurement payment processing spending optimization and expense management related to identity management and security services
- Assist in resolving security operational and servicebased issues by reviewing analyzing and reporting on Service Provider operations as directed by the Cybersecurity Manager
- Address and escalate identity access and securityrelated issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Work closely with the companys project managers and Service Provider personnel to track and monitor projects ensuring they meet business needs and adhere to service level agreements for budget schedule and quality
- Facilitate audits of security services processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
- Maintain and update documentation related to security services supporting processes and procedures
- Develop a strong understanding of Service Providers security operations service delivery capabilities and related processes
- Participate in and support investigations related to security breaches incidents and outbreaks in coordination with the companys IT Management and Security Service Providers
