About the roles and responsibilities:
- Wellversed with recruiting through LinkedIn Naukri and other online job portals: Candidates must have handson experience of utilizing all recruiting tools offered by the platform such as posting jobs mass communication creating projects and business analytics.
- Knowledge of excel and Success Factor.
- Comfortable with conducting prescreening calls with potential candidates ensuring their interest in the position work location etc.
- Extending job offers explaining benefits packages and engaging in salary negotiation
- The candidate must be wellconnected in the O/G domain and understands the industrys jargon.
- Graduate/ Postgraduate with Up to 10 years of experience specifically in energy industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
