Job Description
- Proven leadership skills with extensive experience leading large web development teams managing multifaceted projects and driving technological innovation at a strategic level.
- Extensive experience as a web developer with a compelling portfolio of complex projects demonstrating advanced technical proficiency and creative problemsolving.
- Experience in leading the design development and implementation of complex scalable and highperforming webbased solutions.
- Expertise in major web technologies like .NET PHP Node.js Java React.js and MySQL and experience with serverside CSS preprocessing platforms such as LESS and SASS.
- Indepth understanding of modern web standards and technologies with extensive experience in responsive design crossbrowser compatibility and SEO principles.
- Able to plan and decompose desired outcomes into smaller chunk of tasks identifying dependencies and distributing works among team members and foresee technical and implementation issues risks challenges ahead of time to develop mitigation and action plans as appropriate.
- Comprehensive knowledge of DevOps practices including continuous integration continuous delivery infrastructure as code auto scaling and automated testing using tools like Jenkins Docker Kubernetes and Ansible.
- Experience in developing and implementing RESTful APIs web services microservices and other modern architectural patterns.
- Handson experience and knowledge in optimizing applications involving carious caching mechanisms such as Vanish CDN Redis Memcached and others.
- Comprehensive knowledge in utilizing monitoring tools such as New Relic Kibana Splunk and others.
- Solid understanding of performance testing and optimization with the expertise to leverage related tools and practice effectively.
- Seasoned managing the complete Agile software development life cycle form concept design and development to testing debugging and deployment ensuring superior quality and timeline adherence.
- Fluent preparing presentations technical documents and related artifacts.
- 10 years of experience in software development.
- 5 of the ten years of experience leading Cloud Application Development team.
