Job Description
Position: Siebel CRM Developer
Experience: 510 Years
Work Location: Chennai (Guindy)
NP Immediate Joiner to Currently Serving max 10th March
Interested and Relevant candidates can share their CVs to (or) WhatsApp/Call
Need to be available for F2F interview
Responsibilites:
1. Development & Customization- Configure Siebel CRM applications based on business requirements.
- Implement Siebel eScript Siebel VB and Siebel Open UI for custom functionalities.
2. Integration & Data Management
- Develop and maintain Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) solutions using Web Services XML EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager) and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Configure Siebel Workflow processes for automation.
- Handle Siebel data migration using EIM and other data import/export tools.
- Optimize Siebel queries and performance tuning.
- Debug and resolve Siebel issues using Siebel Tools Logs and SQL.
- Work with database administrators to enhance Siebel database performance.
- Configure and maintain Siebel environments (Development Test Production).
- Perform Siebel repository migration and application deployment.
- Manage Siebel upgrades and patches.
- Work closely with business analysts QA teams and endusers to understand requirements.
- Create technical documentation for configurations workflows and integrations.
- Provide enduser training and support.
