Description
Supports Windows 10 Refresh Application packaging and repackaging custom applications and COTS applications. Customization packaging scripting quality assurance deployment preparation and maintenance of client software including MSI and virtual applications; Maintain and sustain the application lifecycle according to industry best practice; Ability to package repackage create transform files. Ability to follow company standards. Knowledge of desktop. Experience building and testing MSI packages and transforms. Experience with Shims and PowerShell/VB scripting. Will need to create custom actions Must have experience in SHIMS: (Application shimming is a Windows application compatibility framework that Windows created to allow programs to run on versions of the OS that they were not initially created to run on. The operation of the framework is quite simple: it creates a shim to buffer between a legacy program and the operating system.)
