Job Description

Job Title: Early Years Programme (EYP) French Teacher
Location: Uganda
Job Type: Full time

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Programme (EYP) French Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will introduce young learners to the French language through an inquirybased playcentered approach that aligns with the Early Years Programme (EYP) philosophy. They will create a nurturing and immersive learning environment that fosters language acquisition creativity and holistic child development in a diverse international school setting.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Education French or a related field.
  • Certification: Teaching certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience teaching French in an Early Years Programme (EYP) setting.

Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and language acquisition.
  • Experience with EYP teaching methodologies including playbased sensoryrich and childled learning.
  • Fluency in spoken French
  • Ability to create an inclusive nurturing and culturally responsive learning environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working in a collaborative multicultural setting.
  • Passionate patient and adaptable with a deep understanding of young learners needs.
