About the Role:
Are you a midcareer HVAC Technician looking for an exciting opportunity with career growth We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Service Tech responsible for servicing and maintaining HVAC systems in a commercial environment. This role offers a great worklife balance while working with a stable growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Service repair and perform startups of commercial HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and problems using hand tools blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Troubleshooting servicing & fixing VAV VRF RTUs low voltage controls and some chillers (chiller preferred not required)
- Conduct preventative maintenance system replacements and necessary modifications.
- Ensure safety standards are strictly followed on all job sites.
- Maintain company vehicle and tools ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and equipment used.
- Stay uptodate with manufacturer standards for installation operation and repairs.
- Provide technical assistance to customers as needed.
- Work overtime or weekends as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
- EPA Approved Universal Technician Certification required.
- Ability to pass a standard drug screen and background check.
- Valid driver s license.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly and occasionally more than 50 lbs.
