Job Description
- Design and oversee the setup of hydroponic systems (NFT DWC Drip etc.).
- Develop and optimize nutrient formulations for different crops.
- Monitor water quality pH levels and EC (electrical conductivity).
- Implement disease and pest management strategies.
- Train and supervise farm workers on hydroponic techniques.
- Ensure sustainability and costeffective resource usage.
- Conduct research to improve crop yields and system efficiency.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Agriculture Horticulture or Agronomy.
- Proven experience in largescale hydroponic farming.
- Strong understanding of plant nutrition water chemistry and climate control.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to hydroponic systems.
- Minimum 8 10 years in hydroponic farming
- Excellent English language is required only in case you dont speak Arabic language.

Education
