100% Remote Job
Position Type: Contracting
Duration: 6 Months
Salary: 1.2 LPM
Working Hours: Australian Hours (AEST)
8 Years Required
PRIMARY SKILLS
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8 years of experience in data engineering ETL/ELT processes.
Strong handson experience with Snowflake (warehousing security optimization).
Proficiency in DBT for data transformations and modeling.
Advanced SQL skills for querying and performance tuning.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure.
Knowledge of orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow Prefect Dagster).
Understanding of data governance security and compliance best practices.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and ability to work in an agile environment.
SECONDARY SKILLS (IF ANY)
Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation.
Exposure to Kafka Spark or streaming technologies.
Certification in Snowflake or DBT.
Experience with BI tools like Looker Tableau or Power BI.
