This is a remote position.
The Senior Digital Media Director will be responsible for developing implementing and optimizing our digital media strategy to achieve business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels datadriven decisionmaking and the ability to lead a highperforming team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing largescale digital campaigns driving ROI and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with the company s overall marketing and business goals.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in digital media including emerging platforms and technologies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. creative content product sales) to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Oversee the planning execution and optimization of multichannel digital media campaigns including paid search (PPC) social media display video and programmatic advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Manage large media budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources and costeffective spending.
- Lead mentor and develop a team of digital media professionals fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence.
- Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team providing regular feedback and guidance.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure highquality deliverables and seamless execution.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Adobe Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership highlighting key insights trends and recommendations.
- Leverage data to inform strategic decisions and optimize future campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends technologies and best practices in digital media and advertising.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools platforms and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy standards (e.g. GDPR CCPA).
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing sales product) to align digital media efforts with broader business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners including media vendors agencies and technology providers.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in marketing advertising communications or a related field; master s degree preferred.
810 years of experience in digital media marketing or advertising with 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital media strategies.
Expertise in digital media channels including paid search social media display video and programmatic advertising.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics Adobe Analytics) and ad tech platforms (DSPs DMPs).
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM marketing automation and CRM integration.
Excellent leadership communication and collaboration skills.
Certifications in digital marketing or analytics are a plus.
