This role will perform infrastructure and application support. This role will be working with
the corporate Helpdesk and Applications teams to support the onsite business functions.

Division reporting to Senior IT Manager Infrastructure & Security.
Region reporting to Country Manager India
Key Accountabilities:
Endpoint Support Laptops Desktops Printers Scanners Network devices PDT
Tablets and mobile devices Networking.
Operating System Support Well versed in Microsoft Windows support. Learn and
support the corporate standards and group policies. Basic mobile OS support (Android
iOS iPadOS) for business needs.
Desktop software Support Microsoft Office suite including Outlook Teams Word
Excel PowerPoint OneDrive SharePoint; and other certified tools.
Business Application Support Will be trained to take up levelone calls to support
the central ERP service used for business transactions.
Security Support Work with central IT teams to maintain client security layers and
roll out periodic updates.
Partner engagement and Contracts Management Handle partner contracts with IT
managers and coordinate billing cycles as per SOP.
Incident Resolution as per SOP set by the helpdesk and application teams.
Adopt Standard Workflow Learn and follow standard business flows for IT
joiners/exit procurement and asset management setup login and network access
Daily checklist and monitoring ServiceDesk ticketing process
Conduct Periodic training for users as per IT rollout and update process.
