We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a wellestablished fresh food pub in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have rosettelevel experience and a proven track record of stability in previous roles.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar fresh food pub or restaurant.
Background in rosettelevel kitchens with a strong focus on quality.
Ability to support the Head Chef in leading the team and maintaining high standards.
Strong understanding of GP control stock management and kitchen operations.
Ability to deliver highquality dishes under pressure while maintaining consistency.
