Overview:
We are hiring Registered Nurses with an Active NCLEX Certification for a leading multinational company in a nonclinical role. This opportunity allows nurses to transition from hospital settings to a corporate healthcare environment utilizing their expertise in medical claims review auditing and compliance without direct patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and audit medical claims and related documents.
- Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines and best practices.
- Identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on process changes and industry developments.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of clinical/hospital experience is required.
- Active NCLEX Certification is Mandatory
- Bachelor s degree in Nursing.
- Active State Nursing Certification is mandatory.

- Communication Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and reporting.
- Prior experience in medical auditing is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Familiarity with US healthcare system and compliance standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a corporate environment with crossfunctional teams.
