Job Description
1) o Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design develop and implement IBM Datacap solutions that integrate seamlessly with FileNet 5.5.12.
o Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Datacap
o Develop and maintain Datacap applications configurations and workflows to support document capture processing and management.
o Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of Datacap solutions to ensure reliability accuracy and performance.
o Engage in Agile development practices including sprint planning daily standups and sprint reviews to deliver highquality solutions efficiently.
o Maintain DevOps practices and tools to automate deployment testing and monitoring of Datacap applications.
o Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Datacaprelated issues collaborating with IT teams and vendors as needed.
o Support change management activities to facilitate the adoption of Datacap and ensure a smooth transition for endusers.
o Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in document capture and management technologies.
o Provide support for FileNet Capture during transition
o User Support and Training: Provide support to endusers including troubleshooting issues answering queries and conducting training sessions to improve user proficiency.
o Configuration Management: Manage and document all configurations and changes to the FileNet Capture system to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational policies.
o Incident Management: Quickly respond to and resolve incidents minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of business operations.
o System Integration: Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems and applications troubleshooting and resolving any integration issues.
o Data Management: Oversee the capture storage and retrieval of data ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
