We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Global Accounts for Leisure in the Luxury & Lifestyle Global Sales division to join our team in North America and work remotely. This role will drive our global sales strategy focusing on a set of highvalue accounts in the leisure sectors; tour operators and B to B partners.
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share in the leisure segment
- Work in a team environment heling to foster a supportive & highperformance culture
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decisionmakers in target accounts based in North America
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to global clients
- Create and present compelling business presentations proposals and negotiations at the executive level
- Forecast sales performance and provide regular reports on intelligence & trends
- Travel internationally to meet with clients attend industry events and represent the company
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Business Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in global sales with a focus on the leisure segment and upscale tour operators
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key global accounts
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Indepth knowledge of the global leisure market more specifically upscale tour operators & B To B partners.
- Advanced proficiency in systems and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional crosscultural communication skills and experience working in diverse international environments
- Ability to travel extensively internationally
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
