You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Research Project Coordinator will provide a high level of research administrative support to the Deputy Head of School (Research) and the greater research team for the effective functioning of research projects.
Tasks include maintaining research record databases diary management coordinating meetings (including agendas and postmeeting action sheets) travel coordination room bookings email management and processing project finance requests (including making payments raising invoices & credit card reconciliation). Within this position you will also contribute to the preparation of research grants reports and conference presentations related to research projects. The role demands effective communications with project partners and funders academics & research students.

This is a fixed term (12 months contract) parttime (0.4FTE) position (flexible working arrangement) and is primarily based at the Griffith University Nathan campus. As Griffith is a multicampus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.

Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary for a Project Research Coordinator HEW 5 will be in the range of $77761 $87235 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $90980 $102064 per annum.
