Job Description
Our company strategy emphasizes a strong commitment to sustainability. As an intern you will explore analyse and identify ways to optimize our operational processes to make them as sustainable as possible. Part of this principle is the identification of sustainable solutions for parts of our products and the identification of sustainable practices within the company.
Project Description:
- Explore and analyse current operational processes.
- Explore potential business opportunities related to BEUMERs scope of supply taking into consideration the butterfly model.
- Identify sustainable solutions for products/product parts or solutions considering the 3 basic strategies: product ownership product life extension and design for recycling.
- Define and suggest sustainable practices within the company that are in alignment with resources capabilities and constraints.
- Collaborate with departments to ensure sustainable solutions are integrated effectively.
Learning Objectives:
- Gain experience in process optimization with a sustainability focus.
- Enhance your ability to collaborate across departments.
- Improve knowledge of sustainable practices in a business environment.
Qualifications :
For the suggested courses: Environmental & Energy Management or Sustainable Energy Technology
Additional Information :
