Job Description

As a System Analyst you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for reviewing and analysing services processes and technology to deliver effective technical solutions. Your role will involve designing components using appropriate modeling techniques following agreed architectures design standards patterns and methodologies. You will identify and evaluate alternative design options and tradeoffs creating multiple design views to address the concerns of different stakeholders and handle both functional and nonfunctional requirements.

You will model simulate or prototype the behaviour of proposed system components to enable approval by stakeholders. Producing detailed design specifications to form the basis for the construction of systems and reviewing verifying and improving your own designs against specifications will also be key responsibilities of this role. Additionally you will contribute to the development of policies standards and guidelines for business system improvements.

Providing technical advice expertise and support for critical business applications and systems will be a key part of your responsibilities. Through collaboration and professional behavior you will help foster a positive workplace culture ensuring that critical business systems and their components operate smoothly and effectively to support the needs of the business.


Qualifications :

  • Experience in systems development and configuration activities with a working knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks relevant to digital systems.
  • Knowledge of contemporary techniques concepts standards and processes appropriate for the development of digital systems.
  • Experience in coordinating change and release activities in a digital systems development context.
  • Ability to plan schedule and monitor work to meet time and quality standards while balancing competing priorities.
  • Proficiency in using office tools such as Windows Word Excel PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook. Familiarity with JIRA Confluence and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a large team environment with members of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills with a focus on promoting teamwork and collaboration by engaging stakeholders and team members.
