We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist (Polish Speaking) to join our Shared Service Center (SSC) in Portugal Lisbon. As an HR Operations Specialist you play an important part our transformation and the delivery of extraordinary people services to employees working at Unit4 all over the world.

As an HR Operations Specialist you will report into the People Experience Advisor Team Lead and work closely with People Experience managers consultants and employees globally. You drive operational excellence through technology automation and consistency across all regions.

What you will do

  • Manage the Employee Lifecycle processes (Onboarding Employment documentation Contract management Time and Attendance management Benefits Offboarding)
  • Provide assistance and guidance to employees and managers on policies processes systems and tools.
  • Employee data and document administration ensuring accurate people data and compliance;
  • Manage competing priorities in order to meet KPIs SLAs and meet the needs of stakeholders;
  • Deliver great employee experience with high levels of service accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare and update related processes and documentation.

Next to your daytoday activities you will assist the People Experience transformation and have the opportunity to participate in projects and you will be continuously looking to improve the People Experience function with everything you do.


Qualifications :

  • You have a Bachelors degree in HR Psychology or similar
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in HR or in an Administrative/Customer Support role
  • You have a customercentric mindset with a depth of thinking about positively impacting our peoples experience
  • You are aware to cultural differences working in an international environment
  • You are fluent (written and verbal) in English and Polish. Additional languages are a plus (Spanish French)
  • You have good knowledge of MS Office and preferably knowledge in an ERP or HCM system
  • You have attention to detail and can process high volumes of work at an exceptional standard
  • You are process and system focused with a passion for efficiency and simplification
  • You take initiative and manage priorities
