We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Gaborone Botswana. As a Sales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team managing customer relationships and driving business growth.
- Provide administrative and service support to the sales team
- Respond promptly to new business leads and follow up with existing clients for repeat business
- Enter bookings into the system and track sales progress
- Convert inquiries into confirmed business through effective followup
- Coordinate the delivery of client requests and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations
- Stay informed about the companys products services and competitive landscape
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
