Job Title: Manager of Marketing Operations
Basic salary: 100k130k monthly
Work schedule: NightShift Schedule USHours
Work set up:(Remote or officebased)
Reports to: Director of Digital Engagement and Platforms
Must have USMarketing experience
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and resultsdriven Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and Data Analytics to optimize marketing performance drive pipeline and revenue and deliver engaging customer experiences across digital channels. This role will focus on leveraging tools like Marketo Demandbase and Salesforce to execute datadriven marketing campaigns that resonate with senior B2B target audiences. The ideal candidate is a certified marketing operations expert with a passion for problemsolving innovation and precision in performance marketing and AccountBased Marketing (ABM) strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Data Analytics Business or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Certifications:
Marketo Certified Expert (Required)
Salesforce Certified (Required)
Demandbase Certified (Required)
Experience:
7 years of experience in marketing operations digital marketing or data analytics in a B2B environment.
Proven expertise in using Salesforce Marketo and Demandbase to drive marketing performance.
Demonstrated success in optimizing campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis.
Experience targeting senior B2B audiences with personalized highimpact messaging and communications.
Preference will be given to skilled talent that enjoy working U.S. market hours.

Advanced proficiency in marketing technology platforms and data analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Creative thinker with an innovation mindset and problemsolving abilities.
