Job Description
We are seekingan AI Functional Hacker with expertise in project leadership and business analysis. Your primary mission will be to drive the setup and rollout of Generative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define document and validate business specifications for AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with the IT competence center to identify the best engine and architecture for business goals.
- Oversee the implementation and ensure coherence of AI projects.
- Plan organize and execute AI solution testing.
- Assess the added value of implemented AI solutions.
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase AI awareness within the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
- Structured detailoriented and adaptable.
- Handson approach with strong problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Analytical and critical thinking mindset.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and independently.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Senior experience in implementing AI solutions including creating functional business specifications and executing tests.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI technology and its functionalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Copilot M365 and Power BI.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Python.
- Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and NLP (Natural Language Processing).
Language Requirements
- English: Good command.
- Dutch and/or French: Fluent in one basic understanding of the other.
