DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Work towards meeting daily performance goals including customer satisfaction efficiency and service quality.
REQUIREMENTS:
- C2 levelof Danish language and C1 English both oral and written.
- Passionate about customers and customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations.
- A proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Ability to identify apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check.
