What Youll Do:
- Customer Assistance: Help customers over the phone social media chat and email with any airlinerelated inquiries.
- Problem Solving: Provide topnotch customer service and solve issues in a fun and engaging way.

Who Are We Looking For
- Youre fluent in Italian (essential!).
- You have excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) and love interacting with people.
- Youre proactive reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Youve got basic computer skills (preferably with an ECDL certificate).
- Youve had previous experience in customer care.

- 5.50/hr (1st month of employment training)
- 7.48/hr (2nd month onwards)
- 7.74/hr (7th month onwards)
- 8.21/hr (after 1 year performancebased)
