Job Description
- Lead the endtoend implementation of the SEBT program ensuring alignment with federal regulations and local needs.
- Develop and manage project plans timelines and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams government agencies and stakeholders to enhance coordination and effectiveness.
- Oversee risk management issue resolution and change management strategies to address project challenges.
- Manage budgets reporting and compliance requirements ensuring all documentation aligns with contractual obligations.
- Provide regular project updates to DHS leadership tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and program success.
- Ensure effective technology and operational process integration into the programs execution.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Public Administration Information Systems or a related field (Masters preferred).
- 8 years of experience in project management preferably in government or public sector programs.
- Proven experience in program implementation crossagency collaboration and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project Jira Asana or similar).
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Experience with SNAP EBT or public assistance programs is a plus.
